Tasting Notes

Colour

Sun-kissed golden amber with a caramel-bronze sheen.

Nose

A complex, inviting nose of vanilla and citrus, subtly herbal with hints of mint and sage. Fruity notes emerge—baked apple, peach, mango, dried apricots and cherries—while almonds provide a gentle nutty backdrop, and clean oak evokes pencil shavings.

Palate

Sweet and spicy on the palate, dry and woody with elegant oak. Cherries and apples mingle with tropical fruits, while a peppery, tingly bite lingers. Rich and oily texture leads to a subtly dry finish and a warming, refined aftertaste.

Finish

Rich, oily and slightly dry, the finish coats the palate with oak-forward depth and a peppery, spicy warmth that lingers, leaving a delicate echo of vanilla and citrus.
