The Brabazon bottling series is a limited edition collection of unique Irish Single Malt. The series 3 is the result of a collaboration with a unique and high quality family owned winery dating back to the 18th century in the famous Jerez area of Spain, who for over 300 years has specialised in the Pedro Ximénez grapes.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a touch of rich mahogany.
Nose
Opulent PX-sherry richness coats the nose with dried fig, prune and raisin, drizzled in dark treacle and honey. Orange zest, vanilla and spice lift the sweetness, while toasted oak, almond and a whisper of espresso add depth. A faint leather note completes a velvety, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, opening with dark fruits—fig, prune and raisin—layered with chocolatey toffee and a hint of orange zest. The velvety, oil-rich mouthfeel carries PX-influenced sweetness of molasses and spice (cinnamon, clove), softly bound to oak. A warm, lingering finish with a subtle peppery kick from the alcohol.
Finish
Long, velvety finish infused with Pedro Ximénez sweetness: raisins, figs and dates weave with toffee and dark chocolate, lifted by orange zest and gentle spice, fading to a warm, oak-kissed glow.
