Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with honeyed depth and sun-kissed copper highlights.
Nose
Honeysuckle and gingerbread biscuits mingle with soft baked apples and pears. Toasted vanilla pods weave with dried fruit, while a subtle eucalyptus note hints at the whisky’s age. Light waxed and polished oak textures balance pine-needle spiciness.
Palate
Brown sugar leads with walnuts and hazelnuts on a thick, rounded mouthfeel; rich milk chocolate and soft Victoria sponge unfold with poached pears and vanilla ice cream. Mint leaves dusted with icing sugar emerge at the finish, with a hint of spice lingering.
Finish
Gracefully fading away, with a rich orange and spicy cumin.
