Matured exclusively in Olororso sherry casks, this is a rich and complex Whisky that is bottled at natural cask strength, with natural colour and without filtration.
On the nose there are aromas of Brazil nuts, cinnamon and the waft of warm vanilla pods.
Double cream swirled with sharp summer berries envelop the palate. A drop of water reveals citrus notes, oak and freshly baked cookies.
The finish is warming as the spices swell, yielding to the crisp sweetness of clentine zest.

Rich sunlit amber with a coppery sheen and a touch of mahogany along the edges.
Nose
Toasted Brazil nuts and cinnamon rise from the glass, carried by a waft of warm vanilla pods, with a whisper of Oloroso sherry sweetness.

Silky, double-cream richness coats the palate, with lush summer berries mirrored by citrus brightness. Oak provides backbone, while vanilla and a hint of freshly baked cookies deepen the sweetness. A splash of water opens baking-spice and citrus, finishing warm with lingering clementine zest.
