Palate

Powerful maritime smoke and brine coat the palate, laced with peppery heat and coastal salt. Sherry-cask influence unfolds as dried fig, orange zest and a touch of cocoa, adding warmth without heaviness. Velvety texture gives way to a long, warming finish of peat, spice, and sea spray.

Finish

Long and marine, the finish carries Talisker’s signature peat smoke, sea-salt tang and cracked black pepper. Briny iodine and mineral notes linger, warming into toasted oak and subtle sweetness, with citrus zest curling in as the warmth gradually fades.
