Bright, fruity nose with citrus zest and pear, enriched by vanilla cream and delicate malt. Subtle sherry influence reveals dried apricot, fig and cocoa, tempered by toasted almond and gentle spice, all carried on a soft oak backbone.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied, with sherried warmth and refined sweetness. Dark fruit compote—raisin and fig—meets a hint of orange zest, vanilla and caramel. Toasted almond and soft oak provide texture, while gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—adds depth. The finish is long and elegant, with a fruit lift and a poised tannic edge that keeps it balanced.

Long, polished finish that coats the palate with honeyed malt and subtle fruit. Toasted oak and spice emerge, with a delicate almond and biscuit note lingering, slowly fading into a warm, comforting finale.
