Golden amber with warm coppery highlights
Nose
Bright orchard fruit opens the nose—ripe apple and crisp pear—balanced by soft, honeyed malt. Sherry cask influence brings depth: dried fig and raisin, hints of orange zest and almond, a trace of cocoa. Subtle vanilla and toffee mingle with light oak, while delicate spice lingers for a warm, inviting lift.
Palate
Sun-warmed and velvety, the palate delivers chocolatey cocoa, ripe cherries and dried fruit bathed in sherry sweetness. Rich toffee and ripe orchard fruit mingle with spicy undertones of nutmeg and clove, supported by sturdy oak and a hint of orange zest. The finish is long, lacquered with silk, leaving lingering fruit and cocoa that slowly fades.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with sherry-influenced dried fruit—plum and raisin—balanced by cocoa and spice. Cinnamon and nutmeg linger warmly, carried on a smooth oak echo.
