Colour

Rich and muscular on the palate, the high-octane spirit coats with oily warmth. Sherry-driven sweetness envelopes dark fig, raisin and orange zest, balanced by Springbank’s coastal smoke. Briny sea-salt and iodine lift the mid-palate as dried fruit deepens into cocoa and tobacco. Spiced oak and pepper sharpen the finish, which lingers with smoky sweetness, caramel, and a warming, persistent heat.
