Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany-tinged glow, a bronzed gold that speaks of sherry maturation.

Nose

Powerful, inviting nose of ripe orchard fruits and citrus zest, bound to toasted oak. Sherry-influenced notes emerge as dried fig, raisin and almond, layered with vanilla, caramel and a whisper of cocoa. A peppery-spice lift and warming spirit give a regal, cask-strength presence, hinting at depth and a refined, lingering finish.

Palate

Powerful, unfiltered at cask strength, the palate opens with toffee, honeyed orchard fruit and a swirl of raisined sweetness from the sherry cask. Dark cherries and fig mingle with cocoa, espresso and warming spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—while orange zest threads through. Rich, velvety oak carries a lingering finish of almonds and lingering spice.
