Palate

Powerful yet elegant, the palate unfolds with raisin and fig, intertwined with orange zest, dark chocolate, and treacle. Rich sherry sweetness coats the tongue, supported by coastal salt and resinous oak. At 61%, peppery spice channels through the mid-palate, finishing long and luxuriant with dried fruit, walnut and a mouth-coating warmth.

Finish

Sherry-rich and incredibly long, the finish unfurls with dried fig and raisin, intertwined with dark chocolate and toasted almond. A maritime salt breath slides in, then spice and polished oak linger, fading to a velvet toffee glow that quietly tethers the palate.
