Palate
Rich and oaky on the palate, with a developing savoury, textured mouthfeel. Amontillado sherry maturation infuses subtle dried-fruit warmth and a nutty, lingering grace.
Finish
An enduring finale where red fruits soften into raisin and cherry, carried by oak and a gentle Amontillado sherry kiss. The finish stretches long and slightly drying, with fruit lingering anew and a poised, savoury echo that lingers to the very end.
