Colour

Pale gold with a sunny straw glow and a whisper of honey catching the light.

Nose

Delicate, perfumed nose of green apple and pear, bright citrus zest and blooming orchard flowers. Waxy, honeyed sweetness underpins subtle almond and mineral notes, with a whisper of sherry warmth that never overwhelms the pristine Lowland elegance.

Palate

Silky, waxy mouthfeel with bright citrus zest and crisp green apple, softened by pear and honeyed barley. Sherry cask influence adds dark fig and raisin, a trace of cocoa and toasted almond. Spices glow at the edge, giving a warm, lingering finish that marries orchard fruit with refined, wine-kissed depth.

Finish

Long and elegant, the finish releases citrus zest and orchard fruit, drifting into waxy, honeyed sweetness. Light oak and a kiss of spice linger, leaving a floral, perfumed glow that invites the next sip.

(Rose-BANK) Famous for very high quality, triple distilled malt, Rosebank Distillery can be found on the banks of the Forth and Clyde canal, between Edinburgh and Glasgow. With the exception of war time closures, Rosebank distilled until 1993 when it was closed, seemingly for good. Naturally over time bottlings have become scarce.
