Colour
Pale gold with a delicate honeyed glow and a whisper of amber.
Nose
Rosebank's delicate bouquet of jasmine and orange blossom unfolds with a waxy, honeyed edge, brightened by lemon zest and green apple. A subtle sherry lift adds dried fruit, almond and vanilla spice, all wrapped in a refined, perfumed veil that evokes orchard air and spring sunlight.
Palate
Silky and light, the palate offers crisp green apple and pear with lemon zest and a waxy floral lift. Sherry notes add dried fig and raisin sweetness, a hint of almond and cocoa, and a measured spice that lingers into a refined, clean finish.
Finish
Elegant, lingering finish of orchard fruit and citrus zest, yielding to rich sherry notes—raisins, fig and cocoa—layered with warm, polished oak. Sweetness fades to a dry, velvety conclusion, leaving a delicate floral whisper and a final kiss of spice.
