Colour

Nose

Floral and delicate, it opens with rose and lilac, honeyed orchard fruit—green apple and pear—above a bright citrus glow. Subtle sherry adds dried apricot and raisin, with almond notes and a whisper of waxy oak, all lacquered in a refined, pristine Lowland perfume.

Palate

Silky, waxy on the palate, revealing bright orchard fruit—green apple and pear—carried by sherry-tinged depth of raisin, fig and date. Notes of orange zest, almond and a kiss of cacao emerge as spice builds. Full-bodied and warm, with a long, citrus-laced finish and a lingering nutty sweetness.

Finish

Elegant and lingering, with citrus zest and green apple brightening the palate, followed by waxy, floral notes and a refined mineral grip, ending in a softly spiced, oak-kissed warmth.
