A single cask Port Charlotte from the Dramfool’s Signature Collection, this 11 year old was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2022 from bourbon cask number 2125 at cask strength of 60.2% ABV. Limited to 209 bottles.
Matured in ex-bourbon wood, the influence adds vanilla and spice to Port Charlotte’s signature heavily peated Islay character, balancing bold smoke and maritime notes with oak-derived warmth.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights, a sunlit, honeyed glow that hints at oak warmth.
Nose
A marine haze of peat smoke mingles with sea-salt brightness, while vanilla and creamy toffee from ex-bourbon cask weave through the aroma. Spicy cinnamon and clove lift against warm oak, balancing sweetness with a smoky, coastal breadth.
Palate
Bold maritime peat coats the palate with a fierce, refined smoke, tempered by creamy vanilla and warm ex-bourbon spice. Toffee, oak and coastal salt mingle with hints of clove and nutmeg, while a resinous, peppery backbone carries through a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, maritime and warmly smoky, the finish lingers with vanilla and spice from the ex-bourbon cask. Peat remains at the core, weaving through toasted oak, a touch of salt, and a peppery fade that slowly softens to warm, honeyed oak.
