Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich, sunlit amber with luminous copper-gold highlights and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.

Nose

Herbal, minty freshness with pine resin notes. A touch of brine and menthol cigarette smoke, bringing a coastal, maritime savouriness into the glass. Ginger warmth underpins a crisp, medicinal edge, with a gentle nuttiness and faint fruitiness lingering.

Palate

Dry and briny, the palate unfolds with roasted nuts and resinous, grassy notes, touched by herbal smoke and ginger. Fresh walnuts and licorice add depth, a subtle buttery lift, and a delicate citrus glow lingers.

Finish

Leafy and herbal, with tart grapefruit lingering and a gentle trail of bonfire ashes.
