Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep copper-amber with mahogany undertones and a warm honey-gold sheen.

Nose

Smoked meat and roasted nuts form the core, lifted by warm nutmeg and tropical-cask sweetness. A delicate thread of woodsmoke seasons the bouquet, with subtle hints of sweet dried fruits lingering in the air.

Palate

Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with subtle smoke and roasted nuts. Nutmeg spice warms the mouth as tropical fruit hints emerge, then broadens into woodsmoke and a lingering sweetness from dried fruits, finishing long and savory with toasted-nut echoes.

Finish

Long, smoky finish of woodsmoke and sweet dried fruits, slowly revealing roasted nuts and a touch of nutmeg as the warmth lingers.
