Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with a warm copper glow and honey-bronze undertones.
Nose
Coastal sea-brine and salted caramel rise from the glass, brightened by lemon zest and honeyed malt. Rich sherry notes introduce dried orange, fig and raisin, layered with vanilla, toasted almond, and a hint of cocoa and spice. A bold, maritime aroma that promises cask-strength depth.
Palate
Powerful and plush, the palate unfurls a wave of dark-fruited sherry notes, raisin and fig with orange zest, layered with toffee, cocoa and vanilla. Briny coastal hints add a saline lift, while robust oak and spice carry to a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with sea-salt and brine lingering on the palate, tempered by honeyed malt and sherry-kissed oak. Dried fruit, cocoa and spice unfold slowly, finishing in a warming, harmonious glow.
