Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep gold to amber with radiant honey-copper highlights and a dusky mahogany edge, hinting at sherry-matured richness.
Nose
Sea-salt and brine lift bright citrus, green apple, and orchard sweetness. Sherry complexity brings ripe dried fruits, almond, and a hint of cocoa, with warm oak and spice lending depth to the aroma.
Palate
Silky in texture, with a maritime spine of salt kiss and gentle brine. Nutty oak and almond mingle with dried fruits—figs, raisin—and a whisper of toffee. Sherry polish lends velvety sweetness, cacao and spice dancing across the palate. Finishes long and refined, with orange zest, subtle spice, and a warming echo of old oak.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with sea-salt and brine, braided with oak and a hint of sherry. Dried citrus and toasted almond unfold, while gentle spice lingers, giving way to a warm, polished glow that fades into a refined coastal memory.
