Colour

Deep amber with coppery and mahogany undertones, a warm chestnut glow.

Nose

Roasted conkers and plump raisins rise from the glass, joined by dried fruit and a lush homemade jam sweetness. Warm, comforting notes with caramelized edges, as if sun-kissed fruit steeps into a rich, inviting aroma.

Palate

Silky and concentrated, the palate opens with roasted conkers and raisins, unfolding into a jammy core of dried fruits. Homemade jam coats the tongue with lush sweetness, while gentle spice and a warming finish linger long and fruit-forward.

Finish

Long, velvety finish that lingers with roasted conkers and dried fruit, raisin sweetness turning to jammy richness. Sherry-soaked oak threads in with chocolatey spice and a soft nuttiness, fading to a warm, syrupy glow.
