Silky, creamy palate with refined vanilla and toffee sweetness, balanced by orchard fruit—pear and lemon zest—plus baked apple and dried apricot. Subtle almond notes and a whisper of spice ride on a gentle oak backbone, finishing long, polished, and warmly cask-strength in character.

Finish

Velvety, long finish with creamy vanilla and soft toffee, framed by almond and citrus zest. Oak-spice unfurls into a gentle pepper warmth that lingers, leaving a poised, waxy sweetness and a final whisper of toasted grain.
