Each Autumn, Nc’nean release a new Whisky in their Quiet Rebels series. Each Whisky is selected by and named after one of the team at the distillery. Gordon, the Distillery Manager, has picked his favourite combination of casks to create a rich, moreish Single Malt Whisky.
Matured in a combination of STR red wine casks, ex-Sherry casks and Rivesaltes fortified wine casks. This delicious whisky offers flavours and aromas of Creme brulee, spiced plum jam, candied orange peel.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery-rose highlights and warm mahogany edges.
Nose
Opulent nose of creme brulee sweetness, layered with spiced plum jam and candied orange peel. Sherry and red wine cask influences lend depth, a velvety, caramel-tinged bouquet with hints of dried fruit.
Palate
Silky and creamy on the palate, delivering crème brûlée sweetness with spiced plum jam and candied orange peel, braided with red wine, sherry and Rivesaltes cask notes for a rich, moreish depth and a gentle undercurrent of spice.
Finish
An opulent, lingering finish where creme brulee sweetness remains warm, joined by spiced plum and candied orange peel. Sherry and fortified-wine whispers weave through velvet red-wine elegance, tapering to a gentle spice and cocoa fade that lingers long with polished, sun-warmed grace.
