Colour

Subtle red-wine barrel influence threads in vanilla, soft spice and a hint of toasted oak, adding depth without overpower. The nose is bright, clean and inviting, hinting at a lightly sweet, fruit-forward palate to come.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, with delicate fruitiness carrying red berry and orchard-fruit notes from the red wine cask. Creamy vanilla and light toffee unfold on the mid-palate, underpinned by warm spice and gentle oak. A soft sweetness lingers, leaving a polished, cocoa-tinged finish.

Finish

Silky, lingering finish of red-fruit sweetness, vanilla and toasted oak, with a touch of spice. The red wine cask influence lingers, fading to a warm, refined glow on the palate.
