Nose

Red-wine cask influence lends velvety sweetness and gentle spice, while vanilla and light toffee drift over soft oak. A hint of fresh floral brightness lifts the aroma, suggesting the barley’s delicate orchard-fruit foundation.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with refined sweetness. Red-wine influenced fruit—ripe berries, cherry and plum—meet vanilla, cream, and toasted oak from American barrels. Subtle spice and a touch of almond weave through the mid-palate, finishing with a creamy, lightly tannic tail of berry, caramel and cocoa.

Finish

Silky, red-wine influenced finish with a touch of American oak. Lingering notes of ripe berries, creamy vanilla and soft spice unfold into a warm, sweet glow that slowly fades, leaving a refined, dessert-like impression on the palate.
