Palate

Silky, full-bodied and richly sherried, this opens with dark fruit compote—prune, fig and raisin—woven with cocoa, toasted almond and brown sugar. Spices rise—clove and cinnamon—carrying a bold, warming 56.4% kiss. The finish is long and luxurious, with mocha, leather and a lingering ember of oak.

Finish

An extended finish coats the palate in sherry-draped richness—figs and dates, dark chocolate, and toasty oak mingle with spice, leaving a velvety, warming sweetness that slowly fades to a lingering whisper of leather.
