Nose
Opulent nose of rich dried fruits—raisins, figs, apricots—woven with warm Oloroso spice. Toasted almond and hazelnut mingle with sherry-soaked oak, a hint of orange zest and toffee. Luxuriously mellow, with a refined cask-strength depth.
Palate
Full-bodied and luxurious, this Miltonduff unfurls a sherried palate of raisin, fig and date, layered with toasted almond and dark toffee. Spices rise—cinnamon, nutmeg, a touch of clove—alongside a silky oak spice that keeps pace with the cask-strength warmth. The sweetness is lush but controlled, finishing long with nutty richness, orange zest and hints of leather.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish is steeped in rich dried fruits—raisin and fig—balanced by toasted nuts and gentle spice. Orange peel and cocoa peek through as the warmth from the cask strength lingers, leaving a refined, lasting impression of sherried sweetness and toasted oak.
