Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate with a warm, fruity richness. Dried figs, sultanas and ripe plum unfold with toasted almond and dark caramel. The Canasta Sherry influence provides spice—cinnamon and clove—alongside cacao and coffee bean notes. Velvet vanilla and oak resin yield a creamy, slightly waxy mouthfeel, finishing long, balanced and subtly sweet with a gentle peppery lift.
