Opulent sherry notes rise on the nose: dark cherries and figs with raisin and orange marmalade, brushed by vanilla and toffee. Cedar, cocoa, and almond paste weave through a touch of spice and leather, hinting at a luxurious, layered palate.
Palate
Silky malt coats the palate with a delicate honeyed sweetness, unveiling pear and apple framed by vanilla. Subtle oak yields gentle spice—cinnamon and white pepper—alongside almond and cocoa. The mouthfeel is smooth and refined, finishing warm with a lingering malt sweetness that beckons another sip.
