Selected by Master Distiller Brian Nation, it is a small-batch blend of carefully chosen pot still and grain whiskeys drawn from the distillery’s finest stocks.
The style is refined and expressive, opening with floral notes and light herbs before developing rich vanilla and ripe orchard fruits, including hints of pineapple and citrus.
The palate brings sweetness balanced by vanilla, cinnamon and clove, with subtle spice and charred oak from the bourbon cask maturation.
The finish is smooth and composed, with lingering sweet spice and gentle wood and barley tones.
