Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Pear and raisins in a lovely combination, followed by sweet notes of fudge and almond paste.
Palate
Vanilla fudge and almond paste dominate, courtesy of the American oak, while sweet raisins weave through berry-driven depth—white heart cherry and blackberry paint a lush, fruit-forward palate with a creamy, lingering allure.
Finish
Sweet berries and hazelnut linger gracefully, with a lively oak note that threads through the finish. The finale stays gently warm and woody, leaving a berry-kissed nuttiness on the tongue.
