Colour
Radiant amber-gold with warm honey undertones and a coppery, sunlit glow.
Nose
Rich sherry on the nose, with dark plum and fig mingling with raisin and candied orange. Honeyed vanilla and toasted almond warmth ride atop polished oak, while cinnamon and clove spark a gentle spice. A velvety, slightly cognac-like depth hints at fullness to come.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, coating with warm sherry sweetness. Dried fig, raisin and orange zest unfold with toasted almond, milk chocolate and caramel. Cinnamon and clove spice rise over velvety oak, leading to a long, warming finish with lingering fruit and a touch of resin.
Finish
Long, velvet finish with sherry-soaked fruit, dried plum and cocoa fading into oak spice, leaving a warm, lasting glow.
