Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with mahogany-copper depth and a warm honey-gold glow.

Nose

Rich sherry aromas mingle with vanilla and sweet spices, while milk chocolate hints unfold, followed by citrus, sultana and a kiss of beeswax polish.

Palate

Peppery flavours of dark liquorice, ripe raspberry and orange marmalade give way to charred oak and roast coffee bean.

Finish

A spicy finish with lingering hints of dark fruit and grapefruit, slowly fading into a warm, citrus-kissed echo.
