Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant amber-gold, with sunlit honey and warm coppery undertones.
Nose
Fresh pineapple and citrus burst from the glass, edged by a subtle vanilla sheen. Ripe pear and red apple notes unfold, complemented by a touch of white chocolate.
Palate
Mouth-warming chilli spice is followed by smooth tropical fruit flavours with a hint of malted cereal, then an undertone of black treacle that leads to roasted cashew nut and dry oak.
Finish
A short, elegant finish of rich, smooth caramel that coats the palate with a warm, soft sweetness.
