Nose

Creamy vanilla and caramel lead, folded with honeyed toffee and soft oak. Zesty citrus and pear lift the aroma, while a whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—adds warmth, with a subtle coconut sheen from the bourbon cask influence.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, with a rich core of vanilla and toffee from bourbon casks. Faint almond and citrus zest rise over sweet oak, while gentle spice lingers with a cereal-soft sweetness. At 46% ABV, warmth is measured, finishing long, smooth, and lightly oaked.

Finish

Silky, long finish powered by vanilla and toasted oak, with caramel sweetness and citrus zest. Bourbon-cask influence lingers in subtle spice, fading to a creamy, refined echo that invites the next sip.
