Nose
Delicate floral lift over soft orchard fruit and honeyed malt. Subtle vanilla and toffee mingle with a gentle sherry–oak nuance, echoing warm spice and a whisper of citrus zest. A bright, accessible nose that hints at the lighter, refined character of Inchmurrin.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate of honeyed malt and gentle sweetness, with orchard fruit—apple and pear—plus dried plum. Notes of vanilla and almond from the casks mingle with warming spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—underpinned by toasted oak. Elegant, approachable, and lingering with a soft spice finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with a soft malt sweetness that lingers. Orchard fruit and citrus unfold against gentle warming spice and vanilla from the cask, giving way to creamy toffee and a refined oak backbone. A subtle floral lift remains as the sweetness slowly fades.
