Bright, fruit-forward nose with kiwi, gooseberry and lime zest taking the lead, tempered by a soft Oloroso sherry sweetness. Subtle almond and vanilla from American oak weave through ripe orchard fruits, while a delicate nuttiness and dried fruit note lift the aroma, signaling the whisky’s 30-year refinement.
Palate
Silky and measured, this 30-year-old glides across the palate with vanilla-sweet oak and a gentle creaminess from American oak. Its unpeated heart delivers bright kiwi, gooseberry and lime, amplified by Oloroso sherry influence: dried fruits, almond, a touch of cocoa, and caramel. The finish is long and layered, with warm oak spice and citrus zest lingering.

Long, refined finish with a warm sherry glow. Oloroso casks lend dried fruit, cocoa and toasted almond depth, while lime zest and subtle orchard sweetness linger. A whisper of spice and polished oak persist, guiding to a clean, elegant closure.
