Peat-forward with coastal brine, iodine and ash, mingling with citrus zest and toasted barley. A touch of vanilla and oak adds a soft sweetness that hints at dark fruit lingering in the glass.
Palate
Peat-led and coastal on the palate, smoky iodine-brine with a creamy texture, layered with vanilla, toffee and citrus zest. Spicy warmth—cinnamon and nutmeg—binds to sturdy oak. Long, drying finish of smoke, sea salt and cocoa.
Finish
Smoke-kissed and long, this finish unfurls with maritime brine, toasted almond, and dark chocolate as peat lingers and oak spice carries the warmth. A refined, lingering echo of sherry-softened richness and subtle coastal salt.
