Intense peat smoke fuses with coastal brine and a rich sherry backbone. Dried fig and plum mingle with dark cocoa, toffee and a whisper of vanilla, while iodine and sea-salt lift the aroma, finishing in a maritime, oak-kissed depth.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, peat smoke and maritime iodine weave through a sherried sweetness. Rich notes of fig, dried cherry and dark chocolate unfold with salted caramel and espresso amid warm spice. The oak adds structure as a gentle bitterness lingers, leaving a long, resonant, smoky finish.

Long, maritime finish where peat smoke lingers above a sea-salt hush. Sherried sweetness threads through dark fruit, cocoa, and leather, then eases into warming spice. The smoke holds steady to the end, with a final whisper of ash and salt that invites another sip.
