Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Zesty and coastal, very peaty, with seaweed and fresh oysters lending briny, marine depth, brightened by a lemony lift.
Palate
Ginger and orange surge across the tongue, tempered by warming cardamom. A newly opened box of toffees and white chocolate threads sweetness through the spice, adding creamy richness that lingers with a bright citrus tang.
Finish
Orangey bitterness lingers with a sturdy oak backbone, while grilled almonds thread through the finish, leaving a dry, nutty warmth that slowly fades.
