This well aged whiskey was double distilled rather than triple distilled, and matured in first fill Bourbon casks for the full 16 years. A vibrant Irish whiskey with masses of sweet vanilla, tropical fruit, and spicy oak aromas and flavours.

Nose
Vibrant nose of sweet vanilla and ripe tropical fruit, lifted by generous spicy oak. First-fill bourbon cask maturation lends creamy vanilla and delicate coconut, weaving a polished, multi-layered bouquet.
Palate
Silky, creamy vanilla melds with a lush tropical fruit chorus—mango, pineapple, and banana—carried by first-fill bourbon sweetness. Spicy oak lends backbone with gentle pepper and clove notes, delivering a refined, warming finish that lingers with balanced sweetness and structure.
Finish
Long, velvety finish built on creamy vanilla and caramel, with tropical fruit lingering on the palate. Spicy oak adds warmth—cinnamon and clove—leaving a sugared glow that slowly fades into toasted wood and lingering spice.
