Colour

Nose

Opulent, sherried aromas surge from the glass: prunes and dried figs with dark raisin sweetness, woven with orange zest, toffee and soft cocoa. A foundation of polished oak, vanilla, and gentle spice—cinnamon, clove—adds warmth, while subtle leather and tobacco notes lend elegant depth. At 54% ABV, the aroma is bold, poised, and inviting.

Palate

A luxurious, full-bodied palate coats the mouth with velvety sherried richness, balanced by a delicate mineral thread. Dark plum and fig mingle with dried cherry, cocoa and toasted almond, all caressed by spice—cinnamon and clove—against waxy, oak-led warmth.
