Nose
Warm honey leads a fruited bouquet of ripe peaches and pears, with citrus zest and a soft kiss of sherry. Vanilla and toasted oak weave through, while a hint of almond and coastal salt nods to Jura’s island character.
Palate
Silky, honeyed and fruit-forward on the palate, with peach and pear and orange zest mingling with creamy vanilla and toffee. Subtle sherry lift adds dried fruit and a gentle spice, while a whisper of coastal salt keeps it balanced. Medium-bodied, smooth and approachable, finishing with warm honey, soft oak and a faint mineral touch.
Finish
Long, honeyed and fruit-forward, with a soft sherry kiss. Carries orange zest, caramel and gentle oak through a warm, lingering finish, touched by a subtle maritime note that fades to a mellow, comforting end.
