Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep copper-gold with a warm amber core and a honeyed glow.

Nose

Silky and inviting, the nose opens with orchard fruit, apple and pear, layered with honeyed vanilla and creamy toffee. Subtle toasted oak and gentle spice mingle with soft citrus, while a delicate malt sweetness lingers, hinting at maturity and elegant balance.

Palate

Silky and full on the palate, with velvety vanilla, caramel toffee and orchard-fruit sweetness. Sherried depth mingles with oak, inviting dried raisin and orange zest, while gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers into a long, warm finish.

Finish

Long, creamy finish marked by vanilla and honeyed fruit, evolving into toasted oak and ginger spice. Subtle sherry notes linger, with a final touch of almonds and cocoa as the warmth slowly fades.
