Jackton Distillery Raer - Inaugural Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
In stock
SHIPPING COMMENCING FROM 4TH SEPTEMBER 2026
A landmark release for Jackton Distillery, this is the first RAER single malt to be distilled, matured and bottled entirely at the family-run distillery in the Scottish Lowlands. The first cask was filled in February 2020, beginning a journey that culminates in this limited Batch No.1 release.
The whisky brings together spirit matured in bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Oloroso casks, combining fresh oak and vanilla with the richness of several distinctive sherry styles. Bottled at 48.7% ABV, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, it delivers a concentrated profile of fruitcake, dark fruit, treacle, roasted nuts and sweet spice.
Only 6,000 individually hand-numbered bottles have been produced. Each bottle number is entered into the Ledger of RAER, and this inaugural batch will not be repeated, making it an important first chapter in the history of Jackton Distillery.
