The third and final release in RAER’s trilogy of sherry-finished blends, this expression is matured further in a first-fill Amontillado sherry cask sourced from Jerez in Andalucía. The cask gives the whisky a distinctive balance of fruit, nuttiness and dry spice, sitting between the richness of Pedro Ximénez and the deeper dried-fruit character of Oloroso.
Matured at Jackton Distillery and awarded Bronze at the International Spirits Challenge in 2026, it offers a smooth yet characterful profile built around orchard fruit, caramel, vanilla and gently warming oak. It is particularly well suited to drinking neat alongside mature cheese or roasted nuts.
