Another good grain whisky bottling, this time of Invergordon from The Creative Whisky Company. A younger, fresher stryle matured in Bourbon cask and released as a 12 year single grain. Uniquely, this was the first cask bottled by the company from the distillery.

Colour
Bright pale gold with warm honey hues.
Nose
Bright vanilla, creamy toffee and honeyed cereal form the core, with ripe orchard fruit adding lift. Lemon zest threads through, guided by soft oak and a whisper of almond. The bourbon cask lends sunny sweetness - warm, approachable and clean on the finish.
Palate
Bright and creamy on the palate, with vanilla and toffee lingering over cereal grain. Subtle orchard fruit emerges, supported by bourbon-age warmth and gentle spice, delivering a creamy mouthfeel that fades into soft oak, a hint of coconut, and a clean, lingering vanilla finish.
Finish
An elegant, medium-length finish that coats the palate with bourbon-vanilla sweetness and toffee, supported by creamy oak and a delicate citrus lift, with gentle grain spice lingering warmly.
