Bottled by Brave New Spirits for The Yellow Edition series, this 1997 Invergordon comes from single cask #300718 and was bottled in 2022 at 25 years old. Matured in a bourbon hogshead and bottled at a natural strength of 51.3% ABV, the cask yielded 293 bottles.
Long-aged single grain whisky like this tends to show a softer, more polished side of maturation, and the bourbon cask suits that style well.
