Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge, a rich, sherry-kissed bronze-gold that glows with caramel notes.
Nose
Rich sherry influence envelops this grain whisky: raisin and fig lift with orange zest, toffee and treacle, vanilla pods and warm oak. Sweet barley kiss, hints of almond, spice and cocoa mingle with polished grain notes, culminating in a lush, velvety aroma that promises generous, old‑world indulgence.
Palate
Sherry-softened and generously sweet, the palate layers raisin, fig and caramel with dark honey and cocoa. Toasted oak, cinnamon and nutmeg weave through the richness, while the grain's velvety mouthfeel carries to a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of sherry‑driven sweetness, with dark fruit, toffee and soft spice lingering on the palate. A silky coating of oak and a gentle nuttiness persist, leaving a refined, warm fade that hints at chocolate and caramel.
