Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden amber with honeyed warmth and subtle caramel bronze glints.
Nose
Peanut butter and horlicks lead the nose, mingling with toffee popcorn and vanilla fudge. White marshmallows melt into hot chocolate, while egg custard tart dusted with nutmeg and a hint of nutty nougat lend a warm, indulgent confection.
Palate
Sugared almonds, chocolate rice krispies cakes, toasted marshmallows, custard powder, meringue nests and a hint of vanillin spice on a very mellow body.
Finish
An indulgent, creamy finish of white chocolate and sponge cake, with creme brulee tops and vanilla panna cotta lingering on the palate. Subtle toasted cereals and honeyed flapjacks add a warm, comforting sweetness that fades gracefully.
