Lemon and thyme lift a bright, coastal bouquet, with freshly baked shortbread and salted lime cheesecake adding warm sweetness. Grassy, fresh cereal notes mingle with malted milk biscuits, creating a crisp, aperitif-ready nose.
Palate
Salted lemon mingles with freshly baked biscuits, folded by a touch of fresh green herbs and floral-grassy barley, finishing with gentle boiled sweets.
Finish
Malty, lemon thyme, lime curd, yellow plums, salted almond, herbal greek honey.
